The information below should help If you are
having problems watching archived shows.

The Archive Shows are formatted to use Flash Media because it will buffer (or) download and play faster than most other medias.  It is required that you have the Flash Media Player installed on your computer to view these shows.  If you do not have the Flash Media Player loaded on your computer, you can click on this link to be forwarded to a page where you can download the Flash Player for FREE.

If your computer is slow OR if there are a lot of other people watching the archives at the same time you are trying to watch a show, the program may be stopping and and starting often.  If that is the case then you should wait for the video to get out in front of your current location.  You can wait until it completely finishes and then watch it in it's entirety if you would like to.

To do this you need to click on the pause button while the show is playing.  This will pause the show and cause the pause button to turn  into a play button   Doing this will allow the show to continue downloading out in  front of your current location. Once you let the show get out in front (like the example above) you can then start it to play again.

NOTICE: You will need to leave your internet browser open while the show buffers.
.

Also, You might be viewing one of the shows and notice that it did not completely load.  Perhaps it just stopped for what seems to be no reason.  The fix is simple, just click on the "Back to Menu" button, then re-click on the show you were viewing.  Most of the time it will finish loading the second time.  If it does not just repeat the procedure.
